New booking
A phone call or a knock at the door goes through the same six steps, and the money is taken as cash, on the card terminal, or with a payment link by email.
The staff pages are four tabs and a button: the day, the beds, the bookings and the figures, and New booking for the phone. These are the real pages, from a demo bunkhouse.
Today, as a page. Who is arriving, who is leaving and the beds to change once they have gone, who is in the house tonight, lettered, and a card of every room with those letters in its beds. Below them, the next three days.
A booking that still owes shows it in amber. Yesterday and tomorrow are a click away, and any other day opens the same way.

Every bed on every night, a quarter at a time. Each bed shows how many are in the party sleeping in it, a P marks a bed paid for and left empty in a private room, and amber is money owed. Point at a booking and all of its beds light up.
Switch on Block to close beds or rooms for the nights they are not to be let.

Every booking, newest first, with a circle at the start of each row: empty for a stay still to come, half full while they are here, full once they have gone, crossed out when cancelled, and red when money is overdue.
Search by name, phone, email or reference, or by plain words like next June or unpaid. All of it downloads as a spreadsheet.

The stay, the rooms and beds, the guest's details, and the money: what is paid and what is owed. Change the people, the nights or the room, and see the figures before anything is charged or refunded. Add a charge for a breakage or a refund for an apology, cancel, or mark a no-show.
Underneath, everything that has happened to it, with a receipt for every payment, a statement as a PDF, and a copy of every email the guest was sent.

Occupancy, bed-nights, bookings, people, income earned by the stays in each period and money received in it, by the week, the quarter or the year.

A phone call or a knock at the door goes through the same six steps, and the money is taken as cash, on the card terminal, or with a payment link by email.
The first time a page is opened it walks you round it, a card at a time. "Explain this page" brings it back.
Rooms, prices, deposits, cancellation terms, the letters guests are sent, your colour, who is on the staff, and how long a guest's details are kept.
